Blog post

  • We have learned about Google reader and how it helps you keep your blogs organized. It is so much easier than trying to keep up with all of your blogs it keeps up with them for you. We have also learned about RSS feed that is short for really simple syndication.

  • This new stuff we have learned has really helped me out it allows me to check all my stuff way faster and it allows me to find blogs that are like the ones I already have subscribed to with a click of a button which is a lot easier than trying to go to Google and search for random blogs. I see nothing but positive stuff with these web 2.0 tools that we have learned about this week. My interactions online have improved greatly sense I have learned about these web 2.0 tools like Google reader and the RSS feeds.

  • My week has been great I have learned a lot about email etiquette Google reader RSS feeds and so much more I find the schoolwork to be really simple. I have had a almost no homework and the homework I have had has been easy enough to do in class so I did not have to take the homework home. I really like this school. I can not wait to learn more and better stuff about the internet.

  1. Hello again! Since I have not yet told you my name, I will: Kaycee.

First and foremost I must say, that you have improved a bit, you have also become more descriptive.

Now, I must say that I have a few suggestions for you: Like I had said last time, you should check your formatting, as well as text color.

I had to highlight it in order to read it.

Another thing would be: That you should hyperlink Google reader.

Using semi-colons, when changing a subject, and checking your grammar would be a wise decision.

Now, since I myself am a writer I can be a bit of a 'Grammar Nazi', so I feel as it would be best if I were to show you how I believe you should fix your sentences, if necessary.

Over all, there is not much wrong, but I would have to say that with your sentence: 'We have also learned,' in your first paragraph. That after you say: 'RSS feed that is,' should probably have a semi-colon. Which is what you always use when listing something.

Now, in your second paragraph there is a huge run-on sentence.

The way that I would suggest that you break it up, would be: After 'helped me out' you should put a comma, after that instead of saying 'my stuff way faster' You should put 'my stuff faster," putting 'way' in the sentence can confuse a reader since it does not make much sense.

Also, after 'faster' there should be a comma.

Then you use the incorrect version of 'to', it instead should be 'too' which means, also.

You should also either place a semi-colon after 'too', then after 'button' you should place a period, and that's it! You should really try to avoid having run-on sentences.

Even if you have no clue where to put what, you should at least try and make an educated guess.

    That's all!

    1. I'm sorry I had used the wrong word. In my sixth section of words, I meant to say 'colon' instead of semi-colon. I'm sorry for the confusion.
